City Dog (at Montrose Point Bird Santuary)
Words cannot express how much I love staying in Perugia for two weeks. I HIGHLY recommend it. 3 days in Firenze followed by a long stay in Perugia. The people are chill and friendly. The city is breathtakingly gorgeous. You’re surrounded by mountains. The foreigners are mostly students at the Perugia University for Foreigners. Not a whole lot of tourists.
I would live here.
I don’t know who this girl is, but I like her. She sat down near us on the last leg of the train trip to Rome. Beatles t-shirt. Rocking out to something on her iPod. I might have to see if she mentions me on a “missed connections” somewhere. We could become pen pals and talk about trendy music and sunglasses. I bet she has a skinny sensitive boyfriend waiting for her in Rome.
I made Swiss chard the other day in Perugia. With bacon strips that were 3 times as thick as typical thick cut bacon, onions and this weird garlic that was more like an onion (it didn’t have separate cloves). Bought it all at the farmers market that Gwyneth Paltrow frequents. JKIHateher
